Meet Manëësh Chatman
(Pronouns: Emperor/Manëësh)

Senior Program Consultant, TransInclusive Group

Executive Director, Love and Light: Internal New Consciousness (LLINC)
CEO/Founder, INNER-G Wellness Health LLC (IGWH)

Manëësh Chatman is a trans and masculine, genderless, leader, Army veteran, and holistic wellness practitioner whose life’s work centers healing, authenticity, and liberation for marginalized communities—especially Black trans masculine individuals.

With over 5 years of experience in nonprofit program management, peer-led healing spaces, and advocacy, Manëësh has worked across the South to shift narratives, create access, and foster visibility for trans masculine people. As the Executive Director of Love and Light: Internal New Consciousness (LLINC) and founder of INNER-G Wellness Health LLC, they curate spaces rooted in radical healing, ancestral reflection, and spiritual integration.

Their work spans cultural diversity training, group facilitation, visual communication, and spiritual wellness. Through IGWH, Manëësh has collaborated with THRIVE SS, Game Changing Men, Clayton County Board of Health, POWER ATL, and others, always bringing a trauma-informed and soul-centered approach.

A former Military Police Officer and 10-year Army veteran, Manëësh’s lived experience informs their commitment to justice. They were instrumental in the development of one of the South’s first transmasculine-focused healthcare reports, and have led support groups and needs assessments within facilities like Aliceville and Arrendale FCI. Their work has bridged critical gaps between transmasculine people and community resources.

Currently serving as Senior Program Consultant for TransInclusive Group, Manëësh directs Harmonizing Masculinity Collective, an initiative designed to disrupt performative masculinity and create space for the full spectrum of masculine identity to be explored, healed, and expressed. This collective centers authenticity, joy, and holistic wellness for trans & masc nonbinary, transmen and masculine-of-center individuals.

Whether speaking on panels, leading workshops, or curating retreats, Manëësh brings grounded wisdom, visionary leadership, and deep love for their people. Their work is a reflection of their belief: liberation begins within, and healing is a revolutionary act.
